Payment mode?
I tried to enter many times my friend's card with his address and the application always refused to allow it as a new method of payment. Now it says that I reached the maximum number of credit card on my account and I can't delete my own card as it says it's the only one on my account, and I need to add a new credit card

Hello karym,
I have reset the payment method addition limit. Please try with a different browser or log out from your account, clear your browser cache memory and cookies and then try in incognito mode. Please make all the necessary checks during the addition of the Canadian Visa credit/debit card or MasterCard credit card and be sure that the billing address you are writing on our site is exactly the same as the one shown on the card's bank statement.

Contact the support for the reset, however, I do not think that you can use your friend's credit card, since the name and the address on the card can be different from your11

It should work as long as he enters the information regarding the card correctly, like the billing address and such. But even so, preferably it would be to use your own card for the payment as there can be issues regarding the name from the card and the account.

Yep, that's right. If your friend/ partner is ok with sharing the details with you and it is one of the accepted payment methods, yes.

Should Fizz allow this to happen?
This is obviously not the case here but what if it was a stolen credit card.
The address of the customer should at least match the address associated with the credit card.8 -

If it's a stolen credit card, Fizz might be legally liable.
I think that Fizz should carefully review its policies in this regards.9 -
Many online services allow you to use a family member or friends credit card to pay for services or purchases.
This is why it's important to keep your credit card info safe. And also to monitor your credit card statement.
If a credit card holder has not authorized specific charges, they can dispute it with the credit card company to get the charges reversed.
