Try 10m first, yes it is usable. If not, switch to 15m next month. Click"change plan".

Also try audio instead of picture. Sometimes it's very hard to input right letters , almost impossible. Fizz is not the worst.

Check display settings ,make it 150% size to see if it helps.

Videotron , the brother of fizz , has wifi calling. Just switch if wifi calling is necessary.

I can feel you are urgent but Fizz support is not designed for urgent case.

Most Fizz support are very friendly but most are useless as well. You may need several messages to make him/her understand a simple question.

Yes of course. Buy a sim card and activate it with same credit card on file.
