I have a work iPhone with Bell and my wife has one with Rogers and they both have the option of Wi-Fi calling but I can't see it on my personal iPhone with Fizz. They are all Xr or Xs phones so I assume this is a carrier option. Is there any plan for Fizz to enable this feature? The cell tower coverage is not very good in our area and Wi-Fi calling is a great alternative.

Hi Stephane
at the moment the WiFi Calling is not supported with Fizz.
Fizz is constantly introduce new feature, and it is always listen user needs, but here nobody knows when will be activated.
You can always use a VoIP app, and activate the call forward to the VoIP number when you do not have the signal.
You can also have app, that send the command automatically to activate the transfer when you are connected to the home wifi and remove it when you are not.
You can also contact customer support by chat
1- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
2- The green chat bubble with the ? should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
3- Click on it, and select chat if available, or any other option9 -
At the moment it is not supported but I wager it will be implemented in the future. Fizz is always trying to improve.9

Hi Stephane,
This is a feature that many of FIZZ users will like.
But for now, we will have to wait.
I'm sure there are working on something.
We can't say when...
If you need WiFi calls, you can try some apps : TextNow, Fongo etc... and if you have unlimited minutes, you can do a call transfer.
Good Luck9 -
Videotron , the brother of fizz , has wifi calling. Just switch if wifi calling is necessary.6
