Technician did not come for the appointment and I can't reschedule. why can't you answer simple ques
I just posted a question. I need to do same-day scheduling and that requires help from one of you. None of your contact outlets work (WhatsApp, FB, etc). I need someone to come tomorrow and call me when they get here. If you can't provide internet to people, why did you start a company? I need a detailed answer and help with the same-day rescheduling.

You can Live Chat with Fizz support at any time:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

To contact support by chat you must be within hours of operations for a quick response, otherwise leave your message and they will contact you.
1- Log in to your account
2- In the right corner (bottom) click on the “?” and type your question in the little “chat”.
Otherwise, simply leave a message on the platform of your choice, be it Facebook Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp or privately on Twitter.

If you do not see the question mark, clear your browser cache and retry using incognito/private mode.15 -
Most Fizz support are very friendly but most are useless as well. You may need several messages to make him/her understand a simple question.11

We are Fizz users like you.
It happens sometimes that the technician is not showing to your internet installation appointment.
We dont know the reasons.
You will be able to fix online and replan a new appointment with the technician for the internet installation 20 hours after this appointment failed.

Zeina, instead of being passive aggressive I suggest you get yourself acquainted with the community forum here. We cannot expedite anything for you. We are a forum of users trying to help you out. Support is the one you should contact.
How to reschedule an appointment has been asked countless of times so there is actually no need for you to post a separate question and then criticise us of not being helpful6
