Technician did not come for the appointment and I can't reschedule. How should I proceed?
I had an appointment. The technician did not show up, but three hours after the time window, notifying me that I missed the appointment which is not true. I would like to reschedule the appointment and leave a note that they should call me when they get to the building. This is urgent, as, like many people, I work from home. Your service is quite awful.

Sorry this has happened. I know it can be frustrating.
You will be able to reschedule another appointment from your account by going to My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Appointments. Once 24 hours have passed since the appointment was due, the 'Reschedule' button will appear there. You can then choose a new date and time that's best suited for you.

Sorry for that, but because of the COVID-19, the installations have changed:
As part of the precautionary measures against the COVID-19 virus, our technician will now leave your Fizz Wi-Fi modem at your door instead of entering your home. The verification of your connection will be done from outside. You'll then have to follow our simple instructions to install your modem and configure your network yourself. The technician will be in his truck and won’t leave until he can validate everything is good to go.

Sorry for this bad situation.
It happens sometimes that the technician cannot be present for all intallations (have experienced problem with other installation).
You'll be able to reschedule another appointment online for your internet installation with a technician 20 hours after the first appointment failed.
Maybe, choose an appointment before noon.6 -
