Technician did not come for the appointment and I can't reschedule. How should I proceed?

I had an appointment. The technician did not show up, but three hours after the time window, notifying me that I missed the appointment which is not true. I would like to reschedule the appointment and leave a note that they should call me when they get to the building. This is urgent, as, like many people, I work from home. Your service is quite awful.

    Sorry to hear that. Fizzy provided some helpful tips.
    As was mentioned by another user, Fizz is unfortunately not a service for urgent cases.
