I deleted the first map and now I can’t add a new one. I just have an empty field. Account frozen. When I try to add a new card, I see a message "You have reached the maximum number of credit cards allowed on an account."

You are probably having this issue because your credit card address doesn't match with billing address. Are you in a suscription area?1
