Fizz support doesn't know how to find info with name & date of this referral. We exchanged a dozen emails before a supervisor agree to send to "specialized" team. And problem resolved in 8…

Fizz "support" can handle this just fine. Just go to My Profile and fill a complain, or chat and find someone , report this issue. Fizz will agree you to re-order new one and ship to other address, and refund you payment after it's delivered.
