enable power saving mode to reduce unnecessary data consumption for apps running in background : you can save some data over time and also expand your battery life cycle. disable unnecessary apps you have never or rarely use or simply uninstall them (free up space, reduce clutter, improve security,) update your apps…

my friend bought a fizz card since he didnt get it by mail. he has already enabled the sim and forwarded his phone number from his previous provider. can he still enter my #code number and enjoy $40 ? he has to buy a card fearing the deadline may end up soon…

as you suggested, wallet actually adds data ou minutes to my plan. but it seems useless in my case since my plan is quebec-wide only, so it may not work, addons could be do the job but for some reasons, it's all grey-out for me ! (bug ou impossible in my case ?) thx

hello elena, plan to stay in ontario for short term only (ie less than 2 weeks) and my billing cycle has already happened. so changing my data plan is not an option for me. questions : with my current quebec-wide plan, am i able to benefit those addons (sms, data) in Ontario ? too bad, in Quebec Only ! select your area a the top of the website and then pick up data plan, Quebec does give you 50gb whereas Ontario is "only" 40gb. unless you are glued to your phone on daily basis and spent your life with your phone, you are unlikely to swallow up those mega gig.

like many people said, you should consider your phone config. I can do that myself with my phone : set limit, min, max, monthly based, track your usage and apps, stop at certain limit…straight from your phone.

elena, camping in remote area can be challenging…LTE may be unavailable or face network issues. my point was about telcos are now racing to upgrade their data plan to a point you cannot even finish it ! similar to smartphone makers releasing 1 To of storage or more !….while battery is in fact the "weakest link"

my point here is that fizz displays a $7 plan and you get nothing (for quebec-wide coverage) ! it's even more expensive if you select canada-wide, and canada-usa.. surely a bug ?? i might consider your strategy since i rarely call people…everything now goes app-based messaging / videocalls …
