  • the drama is over !! after dealing with thru chat. everything has been fixed had to provide ID (driving licence, masked sensitive data, they need your address) and copy of credit card....of course only last 4 digit and expiration (everything else must be masked or cut as i did) i hope u wont have to go thru this disaster…
