Since Fizz is a subsidiary of Videotron, it would surprise me if they offer faster internet speeds than Videotron. At the moment, it seems like Videotron goes up to 400 Mbps.

First, a mobile app could do some good. More importantly, I think the web user interface isn't the most intuitive. Even after more than a year with Fizz, I tend to get lost in menus to access certain options.

Salut, j'ai passé la semaine à Chicoutimi la semaine dernière et je n'ai eu aucun problème niveau cellulaire. J'étais allé au Lac St Jean en août et même chose, pas de problème. De toute manière, Fizz a des partenaires de réseau au cas ou une zone est mal couverte par Fizz! (Sans frais bien sûr.)

If you mean to deactivate your monthly plan, just go to your profile -> my plans and deactivate it. You can then dispose of the Sim card if you wish or leave it aside for future use.

If you are using an iPhone (I don't know about Android devices), but there's an option where the phone uses cellular data to help out wifi in case the wifi is having trouble. The option should be turned off under Settings -> Cellular ->[scroll down] Wifi Assist. Cheers!
