  • That doesn't seem correct. One physical SIM and the other e-SIM. I've understood that this can be done, using the e-SIM for data.

  • I think you aren't looking at (or showing) the whole bill. My partner's bill looks similar except that if you look further below you "may" or "should" see credits for all those rewards. At least that's how it works in hers. She is charged for all the rewards and then credited for all of them as well. I hope that's the case…
  • Well I'm hoping they activate VoLTE for all Canada/USA plan members. I just switched both myself and my wife back to Canada/USA for the beginning of May in anticipation of our USA trip - May/June. Hopefully we will have not only data but also phone and text.

  • Same reason Fizz cell service is only available in Quebec and Ottawa likely. Videotron doesn't currently have service in most of Canada except through partners, except in Quebec and Ottawa

  • I would think that any newly-purchased phone (from FIZZ) along with the new SIM card should automatically be activated for VOLTE but that does not seem to be the case. Very strange how FIZZ is doing this rollout to my way of thinking.
