Arbitrary charges
My phone bill this month is very expensive. A large part of it comes from "my rewards upgrade", but I don't know what are these. I didn't subscribed for these, and I don't need these. I want to cancel these and get refund.
Did anyone else ever have these issues?

You should contact the support, this is an error and they will refund you

I think you aren't looking at (or showing) the whole bill. My partner's bill looks similar except that if you look further below you "may" or "should" see credits for all those rewards. At least that's how it works in hers. She is charged for all the rewards and then credited for all of them as well. I hope that's the case for you as well. Let us know.
Or contact customer service and they can figure it out
