Yeah honestly I think we should request this to be changed. We are all Fizz veterans who have been through the stabilization period... We were loyal! I think upgrades should be 2 years only to new users.

Hi, this happened to me as well: contact planet courier. Their number is (514) 631-9117. If they are unable to help you changing the address (the person working there is a bit grumpy), just ask them if you can pick up the SIM card on their site.

Thank you for sharing this with us. I would suggest to any new user with a Samsung that gets a PUK issue to start with Samsung and work there way from there.

I think that the upgrades should be permanent for us Fizz veterans, instead of only two years. We have been so loyal to Fizz! I have referred more than 10 people so far...

In my experience, the best way is to contact Fizz through Facebook: https://facebook.com/fizzca. Last time this happened to me they gave me free data as a gift.
