@elena code xzi4t : I'd be great if past Upgrades (that were supposed to expire, but didn't) could be "grandfathered". Has anyone from Fizz ever mentioned anything to that effect? If not, asking them to provide a count down (if ever the decision is made to expire the Upgrades) would make sense
-
my question: will Fizz provide a "count down", similar to what they provide with Perks, or might the Upgrades simply disappear one day?
-
@elena code xzi4t : could you clarify/elaborate your statement "they removed this information from the guides I never saw" ?
-
FYI, I finally got to Chat with someone. Over an hour to receive a reply to a rather basic question seems really long, but at least I finally got to speak to someone (and got an answer). Despite the wait, I still prefer Fizz's approach to other companies pathetic attempt at "customer service". Hopefully I won't regret my…

@lkreglewsk: in my case, the Chat bubble (bottom right of the screen, when click the "Help" tab) started appearing a few hours later. I'm not sure why the problem, but things started working for me after I cleared the cache.
-
@lkreglewsk: do you have the same problem?
-
@M T. #12340 : as per my print screen picture, the green "button" (to initiate chat) did not appear at right bottom corner. @AlexJS : Thanks for the advice

I was doing a bit of research and it seems people have been asking for it for years. It must be a technological limitation. :(
-
Hey Fizz! The word wheel is misspelled (as shown below, it currently reads "whell")
-
@AlexPelletier: have you messaged them? Their message of yesterday stated that "it appears that calls are working" which, it just occurred to me, doesn't necessarily mean that it's consistently working 100% of the time. Please update whenever you find out anything. Thx!
-
Update(1): I seem to be able to do calls longer than 6m in length, despite not doing anything more than yesterday’s “reboot” (as previously stated) Update(2): I’m not entirely sure I agree with FIZZ’s resolution message, which reads: “After receiving word from the technical team regarding the ticket opened , they have…
-
another update: they(FIZZ) are looking into the issue. I've rebooting my phone, but the issue remains a significant pain ... many of today's calls were supposed to last longer than 6m. :(
-
update: Fizz customer service (via the Chat bubble) seems to be "better" in that I can write a message, although it's disconnected me a few times since, so we'll see if it works this time

I agree with the many users who commented that CUSTOMER SUPPORT deserves a good deal of improvement. Including @catostrichpeaceful ... Improve customer support response time. Fizz should establish proper support procedure and expectation. For example, for non-urgent issues, support can follow up by next business days.…

It's probably best to speak to Fizz customer service about this. Do you know how to reach them?
-
@Vasiok: I understand that FIZZ is very budget oriented, but I would have thought that email to SMS was a basic feature. @all: any idea if Videotron offers this functionality?
-
"No you can not" because of technological limitations? I'm rather sure it's a very basic service that most every mobile provider offers, so their must be a way to do it, no?
-
you'll need to internet cable entries (and two addresses)

It happened to me on a few occasions. I suspect the initial shopping pages of the website don't show the "live" inventory, but rather the inventory from many hours ago, and that when we try to buy a certain phone, the annoying ''someone was faster'' message pops up. It bugged the hell out of me when I kept returning to the…

No Internet for 2 days and not being forthcoming with clients to reassure them? @Fizz: this is not a good combination.

Is it normal that the data I gifted comes out of the current months data, as opposed to the "soon to expire" data? Assuming so, is their a different way to gift data to use up the "older" batch first?
