Upgrades expire after 2 years, but ...
Upgrades are supposed to expire 2 years after they've been earned, but Fizz has, seemingly, yet to "start the timer" to make them expire. My question is as follows: will Fizz provide a "count down", similar to what they provide with Perks, or might the Upgrades simply disappear one day?
I've been with Fizz 4+ years so … … "THANK YOU FIZZ!"

The upgrades are exactly the ones you think about: 250/500/1000 MB and $1 rebates.
As another user pointed out they were intended to expire in 2 years time but not while the upgrade was active.
That expiry rule was never enforced and it quietly disappeared.

if they will do it for sure they will let us know when they will expire but they removed this information from the guides I never saw

I never saw that the bonus have a validity of 2 years on the guides I only read here on the forum

For sure they will let us know probably similar to the gift that you have a count down when they will expire before applying
The real question is they will make the bonuses expire? Are we will have a grandfather privilege with our bonus?

I joined nealy 4 years ago, and back then it was indeed stated that upgrades had a life span of 2 years. New upgrades were meant to replace the old ones. The 2 year rule was never applied, then it simply disappeared. In the current documentation, there is no mention of it:
I really doubt that Fizz would suddenly remove all the upgrades, but the services agreement states that the rewards program could be ended at any time (which is something expected in that type of contract).
In my experience, Fizz always let their customers know in advance before any change.

@elena code xzi4t : I'd be great if past Upgrades (that were supposed to expire, but didn't) could be "grandfathered". Has anyone from Fizz ever mentioned anything to that effect?
If not, asking them to provide a count down (if ever the decision is made to expire the Upgrades) would make sense

It would be nice to see a rewards rework as the upgrades after Level 8 are pointless (for one person) and we've already gotten plenty of the lower tier upgrades.

I'm not sure man from what I've heard recently about this subject they all told me that the $1 mobile rewards and $2 internet are permanent! I just got confused here 😅

Forgot about this, at the moment the bonus are not expire used or not.
