Fizz Chat
Hello! Any idea how much time it might take for a Fizz rep to "answer" a Chat? Earlier today the Chat function wasn't functioning (the Chat bubble would not open) but now that it does, I initiated a Chat and have been waiting for over 40 minutes. Is it possible the Chat service is "closed"?

Usually they are faster than that
You can always leave a message on facebook or open a ticket (from your account, my settings → contact form)

If I try to locate this contact form you make reference to, will I "loose" my Chat session? Seeing as it's been over 50m I'm not sure I want to

FYI, I finally got to Chat with someone. Over an hour to receive a reply to a rather basic question seems really long, but at least I finally got to speak to someone (and got an answer).
Despite the wait, I still prefer Fizz's approach to other companies pathetic attempt at "customer service". Hopefully I won't regret my words the next time I have an issue or need a question answered. ;)

It depends on the hour. Sometimes they reply really fast.

It varies depending on how busy it is. I would guess that the busiest time is between 5pm to 10pm.
The longest I ever had to wait is about 20 minutes.
