If it shows up in your account Under Orders Then your fizz account has been compromised change your password - If its not under your orders and you are seeing it in your CC statement Then your CC has been compromised In this case contact your CC company Have the current one frozen and order a new one

Try clearing your cache and cookies. also try loading your browser into incognito mode first. I had all kinds of issues adding a credit card and that was the issue.

there is no mobile app (android / IOS) but if you open up the main fizz page or community page in chrome you can then create shortcut this will look just like an app icon and get you right there
