After a few years I Refered some friends and family over to Fizz. Obviously now there are less people to promote Fizz too, maybe another way of promoting Fizz and getting compensated might be through social media ?

Definitely chat with the support online , I’ve transferred several numbers over to Fizz for friends and family and only had one issue. I chatted with them and they resolved the problem on their end within 10 minutes. Good luck

Hello, Not normal at all, as it ever ran at 120mb? Either way try rebooting the model and try again make sure there are no devices DL from the internet if problem is still there please advise them of the problem…

Same here in Quebec , Videotron stores do not advertise Fizz at all, same parent company but different brands (sku if you will) …

What part of town are you located ? Did you try unplug the router and wait a few minutes ? Are all the light on the router on. ?

I always use chrome on my Mac , safari seems so so nowadays. Try deleting cache and cookies too .
