Sure they can’t have all the goodies from day one. But since Fizz does piggy back from Videotron network which does offer more we as costumers should wait too long !

Yep , had dropped calls this morning starting at 8am after 2mins on a call. Now it’s 1pm in Montreal and the problem seemed to be ok , just did 2 calls over 30mins each and it didn’t drop !

Make sure your home address that you signed up with is the same address as your credit card billing info. At first my address were different and it didn’t work for me. I then used another credit card which had the same address for both billing and home and it then worked for me ! Good luck

Sorry to disappoint but chances your referral will not be honored . Fizz states that Referal will be applied 2 months after being used .

From what I’ve see pretty much everybody is back on the network.... Please try a reboot on your device if it’s not done already and contact support ASAP !

Very simple , do it online and change your plan. Changes are done instantly and if you for some reason your phone stops working just log into there website and chat with support

Service seems to drop after 2 mins for me in Montreal ... But I get only 1 beep before it drops.

I realize that we signed up as beta testers for a new mobile provider but what happed today and the issue is not yet resolved is unacceptable. We want to know what happened why it happened and compensation!

What’s good about Voice over LTE is when on a call and your using an app at the same time (like maps) the app will load faster with LTE. If using maps via 3G it’s painfully slow .
