My mailbox is always full yet I've deleted all my messages?

Hi,
I receive texts from fizz everytime someone tries to leave a message saying that my inbox is full. Yet, I deleted all my messages. I really need to use my voicemail. Why is it so complicated to get help with Fizz dammit.

    Personally I communicate with Fizz by messenger, that’s what works best for me.Good luck with this issue!

    You need to get help.
    Ask for support by Fizz customer service.
    Please, chat online with them, from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
    To chat without problem:
    First, connect you online to your Fizz account.
    Then, open a second window and types this adress:
    https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
    Wait to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session with Fizz begins.
