The site says I have one day still, yet the pay period says it ended yesterday the 4th. Ao I still don't have my new data even though…

I still have the issue. I reported this in January and fizz posted to contact them. I can't contact them since they have no email or phone number. So fizz contact me to fix this. I don't have new data even tbough I'm on my new pay period.

Not looking for customer comments. Looking for fizz to get this and make cheaper prices for the extra gig. 1gig add-on for 12$ is rediculous. But they have no email method to contact them so this is posted here for fizz..

Need method to block are code. Enabling all android blocking etc options didn't stop calls today. There was some articles online saying the carrier's can do something to prevent the spoofing....

Waste of time . Email me and I'll reply or leave the thread open! I was told last issue that support would email and then I could talk to suppose that way. Asking us to do this monkey extra work support is silly.

This has nothing to do with the data expiring. None of my data is expiring at all. In fact the roll over says has like 34 days before it expires. This is a discrepancy between billing cycle and when it says the days left for the current data usage. Says you have 11 days left vs billing cycle is in 9 days.

When you use wifi you find your phone is not warm when doing the same thing? What phone? Your phone might use more power for cellular tx, the cell pa gets warm, and heats the phone. Most likely normal anyways...

Nothing to do with data expiry dates. Data isn't expiring. It's the it's the overview. Says 11 days left, but shows billing in 9 days.

Why's your point? They went and closed a posting. They've done this before and I was told they aren't supposed to. You chose the answer, when it's answered. They didn't answer. And they shouldn't close it.

How do you get an answer from Fizz !?!?! Chat windows isn't working. Twitter they don't have a DM and not replying. They said I have a case and someone would email me soon... no email has been sent... the lack of support is crazy...

Yes i have data in my plan, it shows many many gigs left. phone is set to NOT limit me due to data. So it will not stop me. everything is set correctly waiting for support to contact with a case I opened...

Its not an iphone. The APN settings are correct. Reboot. No change. Phone works, but data does not.

Why delete the APN if I never changed it and it worked for years, and when I read it the apn settings are correct?
