As others have pointed out, your best bet is to contact support. This forum is mostly users helping users and there's little we can do. Welcome to fizz! If it makes you feel any better once everything is set it in my experience for the past 2 years it works really well.

It's probbaly the APN settings as others have pointed out. Are you using Android or iPhone (or something else?)

Since Fizz is prepaid, you already paid for this period, that's why changes only take effect at the next cycle. This is different from say rogers who offers post paid where you get a bill at the one of the month for the past period.

What is your phone's model? I wonder if maybe it's not compatible with all the frequencies in use (it's possible if it was made for another market)

If you travel for too long they might be cutting you off (some people buy plan sin one place where its cheaper and use it elsewhere that is their primary location). You should talk to support and explain that you are only there temporarily and are not doing this.

I'm not sure that's a technical issue, happens to me every time, I think that's how they built the system on purpose.

It's not possible. Depending on how long you should either move to the minimum (to keep your rewards) or cancel and re signup later. Probably it's best to cancel and resign up (and use a referral code to get a referral bonus)

Perlin a raison. MiB/s vs Mib/s (mebibit vs Mebibyte) 8 bit = 1 byte, 1024 byte = 1 Kibibyte and 1024 Kibibyte = Mebibyte. The fact it's 1024 instead of 1000 is why numbers sometimes seem a bit off.

Hi Armen, Do you have a Quebec only plan? If so you need to add money to the wallet for when you roam. You cna also download offline maps in most apps including google maps (always a good idea in case theres a network outage) and for the internet, yes Fizz is prepaid, so changes are only possible for the Next billing cycle

Hi Arnaud,I looked at the specs, it support the Fizz frequencies, for 4G data but it doesn't list HSPA 850 or 1900 for voice. I wonder if maybe that's causing an issue.

Take a sim eject tool and pop out the sim from the old phone and then put it in the new phone. The phones can be on, but if any issues sometimes quick reboot will help.

Sorry to hear that, you'll have to get a new one, but definitely reach out to Fizz to let them know about the missed delivery, also look around mine was taped tot he front door when it was delivered. Depending on the type of home you have could be on a back door, garage door or something else the courier could get to.
