Why can't we pay with our wallet

I am just wondering if anyone knows why Fizz wont let us pay our plan from the wallet ?

    Hello @Emmanuel S. #36497, Fizz has the Wallet set up for one-time buys such as add-ons. Why does any company implement a process or policy the way it does?! Someone decides it is better and more efficient. More than a few processes and policies at Fizz are confusing to us subscribers but it makes sense to them.
