When Can I receive my sim card, I never received the one that says it was delivered

    Hello Barb,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    I just verified and the SIM appears to be delivered on February 4th.  
    If you did not receive it please follow the instructions our members provided and contact our support team to investigate this further.

    Hi,

    if the delivery of your SIM card is flagged as delivered but you haven’t received it:

    1. Log into your account and go to My profile .
    2. Click on Order history See details.
    3. Click on the shipping number to go to the carrier’s website.
    4. Check on the website of the courier service that the delivery address is correct: if it’s incorrect or incomplete, contact the carrier service directly so they can correct the address and make a new delivery attempt.

    If the courier service cannot make a new delivery attempt, contact us using the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner of this FAQ during our business hours


    Here's how to directly contact the customer service to resolve this isue. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

    As mentioned above, you'll have to contact Fizz's customer service team to resolve this isue.

    Hi

    You can check the order history on your Fizz account.

    If delivery is confirmed on your account and you have not received the SIM card, you will need to order another card and contact Fizz to be reimbursed for the missing SIM card.


    You will need a new SIM card. You can also buy it in a participating store like Couche Tard: https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card

    Once you've activated, you can contact Fizz customer service and they'll refund the $ 10 for the missing card.

    As others have pointed out, your best bet is to contact support. This forum is mostly users helping users and there's little we can do.

    Welcome to fizz! If it makes you feel any better once everything is set it in my experience for the past 2 years it works really well.
