LTE is very reliable in Ontario - Toronto, Kitchener, Waterloo and Guelph. Be aware that if you use voicemail people will not be able to leave messages if you don't answer your phone.

LTE has been back for almost a week now. Try to reboot your phone.

Once you are in Fizz EXT people can't leave messages on you voicemail if you don't pick up your phone.

Voicemail not taking messages on the EXT network if the phone is not answered. It says "Welcome to YOUR Fizz voicemail" and then "you're calling from an unknown number" and ask for a phone number..

It doesn't look like this service is available at this moment.

@Dale. I did go to manual but I have only one Fizz EXT network to choose from :(. I did another test. I turned off my phone and when I called my number and voicemail kicked in. Fizz EXT is the problem. Let's see what the customer service have to say.

A reboot of the phone can fix these issues. I did that a few days ago when I had the same problem with data.

I used to be with Fido. Fido has HD calling - at least that's what my phone (Pixel 2) used to show during phone calls. The sound was very good with Fido. I had a message in my voicemail that was 12 days old. Still there. I love it! No more 3 days at Fido.

I used to get LTE in Gatineau/Ottawa but after Deceber 7th only 3G and H+. I really hope they are going to fix this issue. It's been quite a few days now... Our patience has been tested quite a bit. Very close to porting my number back to Fido.

Kinda works here in Gatineau - on 3G or H+. Some SMS are not coming through.

I am one of those that after using data for 2 days it says that I used 0 MB.

4 GB plan and I got 250 MB upgrade, 500 Mb perk. I haven't used any of them yet. Waiting for the 500 MB upgrade.
