This is a very tricky and wide question!LTE signal is carried trough out many providers around the country. In populated areas, all major providers have their own towers. Bell, Rodgers, Telus in Canada. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile in the US.In rural areas, there's usually only one or two of them carrying out the signal. Other carriers have to obtain permission through commercial agreement, to connect to their signal. So while using a Fizz activated phone, the quality of the signal and data speed you will get outside Fizz subscription zone, depends mainly on the commercial agreement Fizz manage to get with other providers.
@Cristinel R.Voicemail should be working no matter where you are.
If not, check all call forwarding settings to make sure it's properly set and activated to forward calls to the voicemail server 1 514 647 0999.If it still doesn't work, have Fizz to fix the issue.Chizz )
I"m in Ottawa, the signal seems weak inside my house/buildings. when i recieve a call from my home, the 4G switches to 3G, but i still receive a call even though i had low signal strength under 4G.
