Hi,
My SIM card and services were finally activated today, however, I am experiencing technical difficulties to receive MMS. Is anyone experiencing the same?
How and where do I get my referral code? I followed the instruction stated on this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-a-referral-code-and-how-do-i-get-one but the "Invite Friends" does not appear in my account.
Please advise. Thank you.

Your account is probably not fully activated yet. It might take a couple days when you're porting your number over. You'll get an e-mail with your contract once everything is finalized. After that you'll get an option on your profile page with your referral code.13

Your referral code will generally take about 24 hours to show up after you have activated your plan. Just be patient14

As for messages, it can take up to 2 hours to work after you have first activated your sim and ported your number. Simply restart your phone once in a while and it should eventually work14

Some people do have trouble with sending MMS. One thing that helps some of them is turning off wifi before trying to send one.13

I can send MMS but can't receive. I've opened a ticket through chat.11

I also have an issue with MMS. I’m able to send them (though it’s very slow for the other person to receive it) but I don’t get them.9

It takes some time. It could be the APN settings.

Also it could be an ad-blocker if you have one installed. Try disabling it for fizz.ca10 -
If you cannot receives calls/texts but can send calls/texts + use data it means that your port from your previous carrier has encountered technical difficulties. All the texts/calls that you are attempting to receive are being directed to your d number that you are not yet using.
Check out #4 of the link below

If this is the case you should have also receive a notification. You can check this by clicking the bell at the top of the page.12 -
I had to do the APN settings manually to be able to send/receive MMS. Now it works!

I have no clue about referrals
FOR MMS:
If you're on Android, try what I did: divide the APN in 2: one for your data and 1 for your MMS
Data:
Name : fizz
APN: mobile.bm
Mmsc: leave at not set or default
MMS proxy: leave at default or not set
Mcc: 302
Mnc: 500
Apn: type: default,sill
Apn protocol: IPv4
Apn roaming protocol :IPv4
Mms
Name : fizz mms
APN: mobile.bm
Mmsc: HTTP://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: MMSproxy.mobile.bm
Mcc: 302
Mnc: 500
Apn type: mms
Apn protocol: IPv4
Apn roaming protocol :IPv40
