    This member cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan.

    I got the same error message.

    @crystal0925 You have to have a mobile plan that contains data, otherwise you cannot receive gifted data, unfortunately.

    Unfortunately, to receive data, you need a plan that includes data or you are in incognito
