Hello Fizz community, I am new to Fizz. Coming from Telus and wondering what level of service can I expect. Anyone has any drop calls or data lagging issue?

    Hi @agharash

    I'm with Fizz since almost 2 years. I just have a cell plan and it is perfect for me (not expensive and functional). But I also appreciate those 3 things:

    1. The Fizz's gifts. Check your perks because Fizz regularly give some free data or other gift.
    2. The nice data management. Data we don't use going on the next month AND possibility to share data with other Fizzers
    3. The possibility to collect referral bonus who reduce our plan's payment.

    Hello! I've had great service. Some issues deep in parking garages, but otherwise no problems.

    Welcome to the Fizz community.

    I also came from a provider that used Telus/Bell towers. My connection has improved in some spots but is worse in some spots. But, overall, my connection quality is as good as, if not better than, my former provider.
