    Hi, the feature plans always change, it'll stay permanent once you lock one in, but not all capacities are necessarily available at all times.

    The available data options change sometimes, you can lock 15 or 30 then check Fizz website once a week/month, if you see something that better fit your profile then you can just change your plan
