It is easy to do so! If you have a physical sim, just move it to your new phone. For an esim, go to My Plans -> Manage my plan -> Change my SIM and follow the instructions. There are more details here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-i-change-sim-associated-my-mobile-plan.
