Hello all,
Im looking to take my current phone number and switch it over to a new provider, but at the same time keep my fizz account, but use it with a new phone number.
Switch current fizz number to new provider.
keep fizz service and account, but with a new number.
Would this be possible, or is it just easier to port number to somewhere else and make new plan?

Asking the new provider to port your number from Fizz, will cancel your current Fizz plan.
You can create a new plan with a new number in the existing Fizz account, and do this before, during or after the number port to the new provider.0

You can add a new plan in your account, then port the old number to the new provider. So you won't loose any points for your account.

I think you need to:
1) Add the new Fizz subscription to your current account; then
2) Port out your old Fizz number to your other provider.This should keep your account active so you maintain your points.

Points only start degrading after your account has no active plans at the end of the month following deactivation.
