    When I tried to gift you data it said: This member cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan.

    Unfortunately, to receive data, you need a plan that includes data.

    Does your existing plan include any data? Even if you used it all up, you can receive data. But if you have a plan that starts with no data, you can't receive data.
