How to witch 4G to 5G if we have an Iphone 13 Pro and up

I wonder how do we change our LTE to 4G at 5G in the fizz settings.

    Settings -> Cellular -> SIMs (Fizz) -> Voice & Data -> Select LTE or 5G mode.

    Hi, normally it's automatic but you can force 5G which uses more battery. On the other hand, in automatic mode, the phone chooses the strongest signal, so LTE or 5G. Don't forget that 5G isn't everywhere.
