Refund process within 15 days and less than 50%
I contacted support and they created a ticket to resolve this and then received an email
“ The 15-day trial period is not a factor any longer. I has been removed as a feature and as such your service will remain functional until the end of the month and if you indeed used less than 50% of your Data you're also eligible for a refund.
The refund will be issued after the service will deactivated.
You'll also be able to see this under My settings-> Transaction history from your end:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/where-can-i-see-my-transactions-and-orders
The sum should reach your account within the next few business days, depending on the bank.
Thank you very much for your understanding, patience and collaboration.”
I wanted to confirm if this is true and if I will still get my refund?

I had joined fizz to try out the network as I heard that in Edmonton the network has improved while it is much better than before it is still little slower and I was unsubscribing within 15 days and with less than 50% usage but it didn't give automatic refund as I had read online it should. And just says that subscription will end at next renewal date and I am wondering if it may be due to me buying a custom number that is non refundable which i am okay to bear but wanted to request if the rest plan cost could be refunded.I contacted support and they created a ticket to resolve this and then received an email

With that FIzz's answer you received I think you'll be OK.
Keep it preciously. Come back to the Forum if you don't get satisfaction. Bad publicity is never good.
