Should Fizz offer unlimited slow data?
Hello, Fizz community!
I noticed that Fizz offers generous data plans, especially at certain times of the year. For example, the 25 GB plan had a very competitive price. There's also data sharing and data rollover, the latter allowing data to last for up to three billing cycles.
Once the data is used up, however, that's it and that's all. The Internet connection gets shut off. A few other providers also do this, but most of the time, they offer unlimited Internet access at a reduced speed. For example, this can be at 256 kbit/s down and 128 kbit/s up. Fizz doesn't offer this service, which would be useful for basic tasks (news sites, e-mail, basic messaging) but impractical for multimedia, especially at high quality.
I would like to ask this question: Would you like to see unlimited mobile Internet service with Fizz, and if so, under which conditions?
- Yes, unlimited at reduced speed on all plans, with no extra charge!
- Yes, a 5G plan at a premium price, but with unlimited fast data! (Data sharing and rollover would be unavailable.)
- Yes, unlimited at reduced speed as a plan option!
- No, I don't need unlimited mobile Internet service with Fizz.
I would like to see the Fizz forum keep this thread open for a certain time. I hope to have a better idea of what other Fizzers think of unlimited mobile Internet service, and if Fizz should offer it.
Happy surfing! 🏄🏼♀️🏄🏻♂️

With data rollover, gifts and perks, I don't see. A need for throttled data speed.

Fourth option, “no”.
