RCS and Wi-Fi Calling are coming soon.

I was browsing on Reddit in the Fizz mobile subreddit when I came across a post from user u/bfurtado talking about support for RCS with IOS 27 according to this website https://cupboardunderscore.github.io/ios-rcs/#CA. I looked online and found out that Fizz has started beta testing RCS messaging for some customers a few days ago. This means that RCS will be coming to Fizz mobile very soon.

After learning that Fizz is doing this testing, i updated to the IOS 27 beta, and when I went into my cellular settings, I noticed that there's a new Wi-Fi Calling toggle, but when I try to turn it on, I get a message telling me to contact Fizz to enable it.


This means that Fizz mobile is currently in the process of adding support for Wi-Fi Calling. While we don't have a date as to when Wi-Fi calling is fully supported, it's definitely coming soon.

When Wi-Fi calling is here, we'll be the first ones to know.

    That's a huge jump.
    Being beta tested doesn't mean it'll be turned on.
    As to wifi calling, I'll believe it when I see it.
