Posting up my first post since Joining Fizz just shy of my first full month,
Its been great and the community here seems helpful and being able to gift your excess data to those in need is a super nice perk.
I already referred my best friend who had a line with me at Fido.
We moved over to fizz as the plans rock and suit both of our needs and we honestly both couldn't be happier!
( I was mainly getting tired of being unable to reach a human being at Fido, AI needs to not be involved in customer service. i want a human to help and it seems i found the right place ;3)
I look forward to helping out the Fizz community where i can

If you start a chat from your account on the Fizz website or app, it starts with the chatbot but then a human will come on if it's beyond what the chatbot can handle.
