Lots of nightly site maintenance this week!

Hello Fizz! I'm enjoying my mobile service so far. One thing that's a little disappointing, however, is that the Fizz website is currently in maintenance mode. This is the third night in a row so far. It means that I cannot browse the Fizz store, obtain support, consult my account for details like data usage, and much more.

Does anyone know why the Fizz website has so much nightly maintenance this week? I suppose that I could visit when the site is back up. Then again, what if a Fizzer needs to visit Fizz online during the night? I'd prefer to see the website available 24/7 as much as possible.

    Hi, certain updates cannot be done while keeping the site online.
    Doing so could cause display issues, mislead users, or even create overload problems.
    Maintenance also allows Fizz to test the site locally to make sure everything works properly and without errors before making it public again.

    In any case, these updates are always done at night, during the least busy period of the site.

    Support is always available through the community forum here, and if you need to reach Fizz’s management, you can contact @whizz privately. They can provide delayed access to support.

    It's normal for Fizz to perform maintenance on its equipment during the night.

    It's not just this week.
    Maintenance happens regularly.
    It's a necessity for every website.

    By experience I can confirm you that I was always able to reach the forum when the site was on maintenance
