New Customer. Caller ID is not showing the names of contacts that have been entered in my phone's database. According to the forum, names should be displayed if they are entered into the phone. What is the problem and how to fix it.

    Hi, If the caller ID does not display names, it is almost always because the incoming number is not saved in the same format as in the contacts. For example, the call arrives as +1 514… but the contact is saved as 514…. The phone does not recognize the number, so it does not display the name.
    Solution: put all contacts in the format +1 514‑XXX‑XXXX. After that, the names display normally.

    Another possible cause: Phone app permissions (Android)

    If the number is correctly saved in the proper format (+1…), but the name still does not appear, you need to check that the Phone app has permission to access contacts.

    Android → Settings → Apps → Phone → Permissions → Contacts → Allow
