Modem CODA-4680 Versus CODA-5610Q

From what I understand, if 400 Mbps speed is chosen, the router that Fizz will send will be CODA-5610Q.

What if the speed is later downgraded to 30 Mbps for instance, if we subsequently realize it better fits the needs, do we need to send the modem back to have it replaced by CODA-4680, or do we just keep the CODA-5610Q at the lower speed?

    Good to know, thx, avoids dealing with modem exchanges if that is ever the case.
