Where to enter the referral code? Am I missing something?

Hi there, I think this has been asked here before, but at what stage of signing up for the plan do you enter the referral code? I've transferred a number over here already and didn't see it anywhere during the process. Am I completely blind, or is it buried somewhere?

I've gone through the process again (for a second line on a separate account), and am at the "Complete order" screen, but there's no referral code into to be found. I've read all the FAQ pages, but it doesn't seem to specify when it the referral code needs to go in. TIA!

    This only shows up if your activating your first plan on a new account. For any other plan activations, i.e. when you are not eligible for a referral bonus, the page to enter a referral code will silently be skipped.

    It's too late, you need to enter the referral code when you sign up for your first Fizz account plan.
