Telegram account linked to sim card
Last year I bought a SIM card from Fizz, and later I realized the Telegram account linked to that number still belonged to the previous owner. Back then, its last seen status was already “a long time ago” (around last summer).
Considering that I don’t know whether the previous owner had stopped paying for the mobile plan 60 or 90 days before I bought the number — which is probably why the number went back into the recycling/resale system — they most likely had also stopped using Telegram around that same time, although I can’t be sure.
Also, last year Telegram’s maximum inactivity period before automatic account deletion was one year. But even now, the account has neither been reactivated nor deleted; it still only shows “last seen a long time ago.”
What do you think I should do? Should I just keep waiting?

This is more of a Telegram question than it is a Fizz question. You may want to look for a Telegram user forum where Telegram users can advise on how to deal with this situation.
The other option is of course to change your phone number. Which can be done at Fizz here:

Try to reset Telegram’s account.

@MobileFizzer_VBMV6 there is no way, the whole year I have read all the related telegram forum, I wonder why FiZz do not consider this situation

@Charrylee do you know how the reset process works? Im sure you do not, Telegram send its code to the account not my sim card

Before you start being nasty about how things work, you could start with yourself learning how mobile phone technology works.
Nothing is sent to a SIM card. A SIM card is a piece of plastic.0 -

Fizz has no control over Telegram's account identification and recovery procedures. Those you can only work out by talking to Telegram.

As @MobileFizzer_VBMV6 is trying to tell you, there is nothing Fizz can do for you.

As others have mentioned, this is an issue that you'll need to sort out with Telegram.
