Can I still activate a SIM card I received more than a year ago?

Hello,

I purchased a Fizz SIM card fully intending to transition to Fizz on March 11, 2025. However, I soon after misplaced it and only found it today. Can I still activate the SIM card that I received more than a year ago?

Kindly advise, thank you.

You should be able to so it, and if your phone supports Esim it’s free of charge.
If you need a referral code you can use mine Tzbca. Thank you

Victoria, since you already have the SIM card, activation is free of charge either way. Not sure why people have to keep bringing up eSim when that's clearly not what is being asked.

Give it a try to activate your existing SIM, it should work. In the highly unlikely case that the Fizz system rejects your SIM, you can still think about alternatives then. Fizz even allows reactivation of currently inactive SIMs that had previously been used. Which is a really great feature saving some money and lower the plastic garbage footprint.
