Are Google Pixels sold by Fizz factory unlocked?

Hi, I'm planning on buying a pixel 10 and run it on GrapheneOS. Can somebody tell me if the bootloader on phones sold by Fizz is unlocked or not?

    Boot loaders are always locked when you buy a phone, regardless of distribution channel you buy it through. You need to search the Internet for your particular phone if there is a way to unlock it.
    Be prepared for some apps not working on bootloader-unlocked phones. Specifically video content under Digital Rights Management.

    Fizz phones (including Pixels) do NOT come with an unlocked bootloader—but they are usually unlockable, which is what you actually need for GrapheneOS.
