Hi, maybe you have an app that's constantly using data in the background, you can check phone settings and permissions, usually there's also a log showing data usage.
You can also request data gifts in from other users in the Data gifting section of the forum, just remember to mention your referral code when posting.

If it's a android, there is a data usage in settings/connections/data usage
Click on mobile data and it shows usage by app.0 -
It seems unlikely that the switch to 5G is to blame. As other members had mentioned, check if you run any apps that continuously use data, they may now be able to do more of that.
If you really think 5G is to blame and want to test that hypothesis, you can always set your phone back to use LTE only and run that for a while to compare.
iPhone: Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Options -> Voice & Data -> LTE.
Android: Settings -> Network and Internet -> SIMs -> (Select SIM card) -> Preferred network type -> LTE.The exact path in Settings may vary somewhat based on dual sim setup, vendor and OS version (Android more so than iPhone).

Go to cellular and reset your data usage, and keep monitoring your usage for a couple of days.
Hope it helps0
