    It says
    "This member cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan."

    Unfortunately I wasn't able to send you data because it says you don't have a mobile plan.

    To receive a data gift, you must have at least 1GB of data pack. Since you don't have a data plan, we can not give you any data.
