Can a data plan include 3 phones, 2 at the same address in Québec and the 3rd at an address in Ontario

    It is not a single data plan though. You create three different plans for the three phones. Each can have different allowances, unlimitied talk&text and you can select an initial amount of data for each.
    They don't "share" a common data bucket like they do with other carriers, however, you can manually move data between them at any time (Fizz calls that data gifting) as long as all the plans include at least some data (2 GB at the moment).
