Cannot create a new mobile or internet plan

I am stuck on the same page for both plans, with no other buttons to click or advance. Any help?

    I’m sorry to hear about that.

    I’ve verified your account and can confirm that your mobile plan is now active and the port-in has been successfully completed. Your Home Internet plan order is also confirmed and currently being prepared for delivery at the time slot you selected.
